PSS was built from this realization.

Rakesh Thakur brings over 20 years of experience across global infrastructure projects spanning Oil & Gas, Water, and HVAC sectors.
His professional journey is deeply connected with the steel and pipeline industry, with extensive exposure to coatings, insulation systems, technical solutions, project environments and different geographies worldwide.
Having worked across both corporate and entrepreneurial ecosystems, he combines technical understanding with practical business and execution insight.
Over the years, his exposure to large-scale infrastructure environments shaped a broader perspective on how projects, stakeholders, and businesses evolve. This eventually led to the foundation of PSS — a platform focused on bringing stronger alignment, collaboration, and ecosystem thinking into infrastructure execution and growth.
Beyond business, Rakesh also believes strongly in conscious leadership, balanced thinking, and people-centric collaboration. His approach continues to be guided by one simple belief:
